Event Information Wura-Natasha Ogunji: Incidents at the 22 Hotel The Off Center August 13 - August 14, 2010 Wura-Natasha Ogunji takes over The Off Center on August 13th and 14th for two evenings integrating visual and performing arts in the performance, Incidents at the 22 Hotel. In this future world, inhabitants live in a hotel consisting of two sky-high towers built on a plastic floating island and where movement requires great physical and emotional feats. Incidents takes a post-apocalyptic landscape with the main character, called Unexplained Presence, who struggles to imagine her own existence. Austin artist Ogunji was awarded The Dallas Museum of Art’s 2010 Otis and Velma Davis Dozier Travel Grant and is a selected Artist in Residence as part of the National Performance Network’s Visual Artist Network.
