The Dougherty Arts Center is excited to open its gallery space for the next generation of creative thinkers to exhibit their amazing work! Totally Cool/Totally Art (TCTA) offers free community based arts education for teenagers in grades 7-12. From painting and sculpture to fashion and performance, the spotlight will be firmly focused on the rich talent of Austin's young artists.
