Austin Visual Arts Association (AVAA) presents a unique exhibit of new contemporary works created by artist teams comprised of emerging, mid career, and veteran artists. Collaboration is a concept that focuses on the creativity and the artistic process of the group rather than the individual. As part of the collaborative process, artists from around Austin will participate in the first annual "DAVE" display — a massive mural comprised of artistic renderings from the past 30 years by local figurative artists of Dave Larson, "the most painted man in Austin."
